The OECD has just published an interesting analysis on the subject of reducing systemic risks in cyberspace ( report in English). This analysis is in the field of research " Shocks overall future "and seems to give me the trend in 2010: Threats in cyberspace are now seriously considered in decision-making centers globally. And it just as major damage to the financial system , pandemics, large-scale pollution incidents or major climate not limited to a geographic region.
Not having yet had time to read this report, but basing myself on the article ITe that caught my attention, I realize the authors arrive at conclusions similar to those of my ticket October 22, 2010 where I explained that the cyber-offensive means would only have limited systemic effects and should be viewed in addition to using resources more "traditional".
