It is worth recalling how the internet is coming period and will also be a source of profit (very) important for some players security. It's the thought that I made, smile, after reading this article of Infosecurity Magazine .
By being attentive, you could almost confuse this with "good old" infomercial that uses some jurisdictions specific hoaxes : Speaker apparently serious credibility of his assertions, the legitimacy Using figures respectable, in short, the ad cost and high return on investment with filigree fear, feeling generally more irrational the seller and some poultry gutted to read in the entrails!

Second, these assertions do not come from anyone since we are told that this is Rodney Joffe, senior VP (Vice President) and technology (like, in passing, I learned that it is the new job:) society ... but I'll get to the end of this post.
Sprinkling keywords such as Wikileaks and evocation of cyber conflict of 2007 between Russia and Estonia (! - FYI, I recall that the attacks took place from the Estonian territory, will not change the possible overlap of the Russian side) and we enter the heart of the matter: the targets and indicators.
Targets would be primarily financial systems, particularly the ATMs. Beyond the large enterprises, midsize companies are also covered through their physical infrastructure: air conditioning, heating, lift. In short, a happy mess which would almost pass Die Hard 4 for a trifle!
I stopped there in the irony because I do not know if Mr. Joffe is the hidden son of Mrs. Sun and Elizabeth Teissier but at least I know that his company has the skills and resources to meet above-mentioned problems. And he himself is known as a white wolf communication and marketing intrusive : QED! :)

Stuxnet, made in USA?
It Dominique Boura, through one of his blogs , which relays information from major published on 1 December in the U.S.: according Sean Osbourn, a hardline conservative, the United States would actually designers Stuxnet ! The article on his blog, then relayed by the Northeast Intelligence Network , no lack of arguments and the hypothesis is attractive.
However, I have so far been cautious in this matter and I continue on this path as far more information consistent and compelling will not be presented. I had already previously mentioned list (only small) nations with the technical means and resources to develop this extremely sophisticated code and the USA were at the forefront of these.
It sailed anyway inherently hazy territory and the assumption of an operation to several participants did not seem to me delirious. One thing seems fairly certain in this story: the target seems Stuxnet nuclear program and it may well be more affected than the Iranians do not say. The end of talks yesterday after 14 months of suspension, are also be shown.

Cruising Spots In Memphis
If you want peace ... or cyber illusions! Fighting against
The Apocalypse still belongs to the Bible's revelation but she has already begun!
What do we blame does staffs (and their ... political and military leaders, especially the latter for that matter) to have been improvident, incompetent and have thought sheltered behind some unknown imaginary Maginot Line?! These are not some exercises or cyber cyber stress (!) Between allies who will change things even if they were especially designed to reassure the population. Who will still be surprised when you learn the collapse of a state, this was it "modest" and developing (or downgrade!), While his infantry, his armor, helicopters or his hunters have not left their barracks and warehouses for lack of a complete paralysis of information systems or remote neutralization of some or most of the weapons systems? What will become of a nation with expensive toys and high technology if they actually become as useful as ... toys?
The year 2010 is coming to an end and without wishing to compete in the category of sacrosanct balances at year-end, one thing that seems certain: this year was the year Stuxnet. The first consequence is that there are therefore a "before" and there will be an "after."
Beyond the buzz but also excellent reviews published here and there, one can also think that 2010 will mark the electro-techno-sphere (almost direct homage to Charles Bwele while wreathed of its recent price ) through a pattern of "mainstream" of the prefix "cyber" to which is attached a cohort of the scariest words to each other: insecurity, crime, attack (s ) and especially war.
Cyberwar or the emergence of fascinating concepts that do not displease the colossal-looking authors are Philip K. Dick, Asimov and Frank Herbert. For the latter, I would sometimes think that these authors have shown prescience ! Apart from the Iran-Iraq conflict was the last conventional conflict, long and solid between two States, the war has changed the face of these two (or three) decades, dominated by so-called asymmetrical conflicts (the last Iraq war and Afghanistan are now in a "good" example) but mostly low intensity.
Wish all staff and oh so utopian, I'm interested in the military, its personnel and its equipment since my childhood, I want more of a pacified humanity, much more adult and not take their destiny in hand to share the wealth equitably to build the great work that is sorely needed: every effort to ensure the safety of future generations (and distant) by acquiring sufficient means to leave our cradle and be able to live elsewhere than on Earth.
However and unfortunately, it is feared that the next 20 years are riddled with conflict that they will not low intensities. Brutal and short, they could be caused by the strategic aims of access and protection of critical resources (fossil, rare metals, water, arable land) and would use and the rise of paperless vectors (cyber, virtual , informational computer ... therefore more prosaically) with consequences that they will be very concrete and physical (control systems for SCADA and DCS , neutralization computer networks and communications, mass misinformation and distributed attacks, but completely decentralized).
This world is scary and seems to describe what Tom Clancy shows for years through his series Net Force? None of this would be that the literature on the cheap so that peacocks-bloggers including myself (in this case) and journalists make the best wheel? No, dear reader, it is time to wake up, it's time to wake up: this is for tomorrow, in a few hours.
The Apocalypse still belongs to the Bible's revelation but she has already begun!

Crater Lake
From Florence, where it veered towards the land of Eugene and Roseburg, and we follow the meandering course of the River Umqua, it re-enters a world of dense forests and majestic. The terrain is hilly and the course takes on a adventurous. But this is still Route 138 to deliver a big surprise. At the end of it, lies in fact one of the strangest lakes and most beautiful that we can know. It is one of the deepest in the world and in any case, the deepest of the United States since the middle depth reaches 594 meters. Its waters are also said to be of incomparable purity. Any stream, river or glacier does not feeds. Only rain and snowfall help maintain a level always equal. Although situated at an altitude of 1800 meters, the Crater Lake never freezes because protected by an impressive wall of solidified lava. As its name suggests, the formation of Crater Lake is the result of a huge eruption. That of Mazama volcano which, following a cataclysmic explosion that occurred 7700 years ago, literally collapsed on itself, causing the tank abysmal, the caldera of about 10 km in diameter.
Archaeologists have proven that this area was inhabited there over 10,000 years. It is therefore quite plausible that humans have been eyewitnesses to the scene worthy of an end of the world. Moreover, the Klamath Indians did not they perpetuated a legend that this geological disaster is the result of a battle between gods rivals? One reason why the Klamath have always considered this place as sacred and shamans also forbade their people to watch it!

the wave, really, takes on a steel blue. Even in the middle of July when the tourist season in full swing, everyone seems to watch this show with deference and most loquacious not comment on their emotions in a whisper. As if they were at the heart of a forbidden sanctuary, attending the performance of some grand and supernatural rite. Maybe one of these liturgies were the secret complex whose shamans Klamath. Maybe one of those mysterious offices to be held on the Isle of Wizard!

Stuxnet can kill
Despite the slightly ironic title of this post, it seems very likely that the ultra-sophisticated malware Stuxnet made his first "real" victims, yesterday (Monday, 29 November 2010), Iran. Teachers Majid Shahriari and Feredoun Abbasi-Davani accompanied by their wives, were traveling in their vehicles when one or two teams motorbike attacked vehicles. The first team apparently managed to slip a magnetic bomb against the vehicle, launched from a safe distance, while the other vehicle was strafed.
The photo appeared in the press leaves little doubt about the strafing in which Professor Shahriari was killed, others injured without being as we know the status of these injuries. In any case, these attacks are not by chance, the two professors working for the Iranian nuclear program. But the professor is killed not because anyone was coordinating the fight against Stuxnet in the nuclear program and military networks. I will give more information soon on the effectiveness of Stuxnet that seems increasingly true: the enrichment site in Natanz where turning hundreds of centrifuges has been suspended for six days from November 16 to 22 while an important air defense exercise had to be shortened on November 17. So beyond nuclear facilities, it seems that this time the radar or have indicated tracks "ghosts".

The two near-simultaneous attacks were carried out yesterday so professional in one of the most closely monitored areas normally Tehran. I will not elaborate on potential sponsors themselves if the eyes will inevitably towards Israel. In all cases, the death of the man who fought against Stuxnet is a blow to Iran's nuclear program. At a time when Wikileaks is talked about, Iran seems increasingly the target of various and complementary ways to order unconventional, sophisticated and targeted.

How To Write Letter For Dealership
Have the hair
L e hair is probably one of the tissues that we speak over our deep balance.
L e hair is probably one of the tissues that we speak over our deep balance.
Firstly because it is related to the health of one tissue with the longest repeat: bones. In Ayurveda, hair is considered, as well as nails, are produced from the formation of this bone . That is to say that growth, or renewal of bone is related to hair growth. Thus, we realize that taking care of our hair is to take care of our deep structure, this magnificent structure that we will or will not, old bones on earth. Density, as the luster of the hair talk - and taught us the story of Samson - beyond our apparent health, our strength, our resilience to shocks of existence . And what we learn from this famous passage is that this loss is temporary, because we are in constant tissue renewal. This is to say that these hair problems, which can sometimes take a turn hard, can find simple solutions, natural, and most importantly, sustainable.
Nourish the root
Taking care of hair is like caring for a tree: take care of the land on which will draw roots, from which will rise and the consolidation of the trunk, our skeleton. The foliage will grow from the same nutrients that are essentially calcium, magnesium, and zinc (the other vitamins and minerals involved in the synthesis of these). If the hair showed signs of weakness is that the contribution - or absorption - these minerals are insufficient . It is not always easy to know which of these minerals is lacking: we must then observe nails, which are made of the same material as the hair , but by their appearance, we reveal the nature of the deficiencies. The deficits in calcium and zinc result in white spots, those of magnesium by streaks. The irregular appearance, splitting, fragile (brittle nails), tend to come from their spouse deficit, combined with other substances such as cystine has, or silica. Iron deficiency, which results in anemia, can also generate large declines. Its deficiency is often associated with deficiencies in other vitamins, especially those of group B (B9 and B12) .
How alter our diet?
In general, food purveyors of vitamins and minerals listed, or, according to Ayurveda, where the chemical composition of foods is entirely contained and revealed in flavor, food flavor mainly soft (the most nutritious and Balancing the body) and astringent (because it acts on the walls of the colon, tones and improves the absorption of minerals forming the bone). These foods are dairy products, nuts (with sesame), fruits (figs for calcium, dates and raisins for iron in particular), legumes, vegetables (for iron) and those belonging to the crucifer.
However, it is important avoid or reduce their consumption of acidic foods, spicy and salty. Excess acidity, like excess heat in the body (increased by the spicy or salty), is harmful to the smooth formation of these deep tissues they "burn", or "dry out" . Therefore, anything that will correct the acidity, facilitate absorption, is beneficial to developing a balanced and solid tissue. Here are some ideas to help:
- the "cure" Ayurveda called basic Triphala (literally "three fruits" of which the precious Amalaki ) that contributes to the health of the digestive system, including the proper functioning of the liver and colon, which depend on the absorption of iron and calcium at bedtime or early each morning to a rate of 1 cc with a little hot water.
- the nettle juice, drained (flush uric acid) and remineralizing remedy known for many hair problems: falls, itchy scalp associated with dandruff, oily hair (see post)
- the fenugreek , major provider of minerals essential for bone growth (see post)
- the rosemary when hair problems related to a liver imbalance
- licorice or hibiscus, acting on them more about the systems of elimination (kidneys and bladder), and intensifies the growth in a sometimes quite dramatic
If we wanted to go further on this subject, we should really push the case-by-case basis to determine the root cause and can find the way forward: Heredity (including men), age, recent trauma, metabolic problems affecting the operation of liver and spleen (essential to the distribution of blood and energy, which will support the training of other tissues), deficiencies related to poor diet, or absorption ... After that, however, these tips are valid for everyone.
Cool heads
One of the main factors affecting the health of the hair is stress, and everything that goes with such shocks, physical or emotional. Translates it into the hair loses its density, falling, or by bleaching. To address these problems, it is important to "keep a cool head! Firstly, by avoiding direct contact with a heat source, whether from sun, hair dryer, or hot water accompanying our shampoos.
Then, taking care, whenever possible, especially in summer, to apply on the scalp of oils "refreshing" as coconut oil, neem, sandalwood . massage that accompanies it, known in India Shampa Shiro, who is to give a massage to the entire scalp by stimulating specific points in activating the cerebral spinal fluid circulation, as is done in a good shampoo ( Shiro d denotes the head and Shampa , reminding us that the English term has changed to "Shampoo").
Find hair dream ...
You've probably noticed, hair changes over time: hair soft and delicate child earn their tendency to say during adolescence, and tend to lose their density or their luster with age. On the other hand, women are particularly attentive and sensitive because their hair falls more certain periods of the cycle, or their lives (following the rules, pregnancies) and change with the hormonal changes of puberty, menopause, or related to the pill. Finally, at certain seasons of transition, as in spring, and more in the fall, hair are renewed, and sometimes fall in abundance.
How to keep hair healthy and vigorous? Here, from what I could "naturally" test, what caught my preference:
- avoid washing too frequently (ideally at least once a week)
- 2 to 12h before shampooing, apply a natural oil and contractor, depending on your hair type. Ayurvedic Oils agree well with brown hair, or similar to the hair of Indian women, or women of the Maghreb. But you can also use the coconut oil, jojoba oil, as well as mango butter. Castor oil works wonders to tame the forks without adding ...
- maximum use shampoos not containing any chemical additives (the most trusted brands found in health food stores)
- use as much as we can, mask, or even for washing, powder plant.
In India, it continues to find them: These powders are perfect substitute in the shampoo because they contain plant saponifaires that "lather" as well as your regular shampoo.
powders plants that have caught my membership in the Ayurvedic herbs are Shikakai (acacia root powder that cleanses the scalp, strengthens the roots, prevents falls, and sheath the hair) and Bringaraj, which has a specific action on the hair shaft, particularly the part that connects to the weakened scalp. They can be used in paste form, which allows for 1 to 2 h, as Henna is applied. Finally, the powder Amalaki remineralizes which the hair. There are Ayurvedic formulations involving these plants others that strengthen brown highlights (sorry for those who have light hair) are found in Indian stores or on the internet under the brand Hesh (mixture Kalpi Tone is one that is more complete, more than 20 plants). Similarly
products used by women of the Maghreb, as Henna (choose your next grade), the Indigo, or the Rasul, who remineralizes sheath and ideally naturally curly hair. Or, closer to home: the use of olive oil, combined with the egg, which gave an incomparable luster hanks to the Greeks and Romans.
If you find it too tedious to choose from, trademarks Logona, Lavera (including the pink line), Nature et Progrès, are among my favorites (provided they are suitable for your hair).
- do not forget the rinse water, to enhance the color or brightness of the hair. For brunettes, hibiscus, rosemary, or walnut leaves are ideal. For brown or blond hair, has the chamomile, hops if they are fine.
The Key to the fiber
Rule No. 1: avoid stress, overwork, prevent or protect against major shocks.
Rule No. 2: Increase the level of absorption, best way to prevent deficiencies.
Rule No. 3: Apply regular care oils, masks, or 100% natural
Rule No. 4: You occasionally offer a "cutting energy" technique to stimulate growth, slow or stop the fall when it is present, toning and densifying the hair
Rule No. 5: Refuse human hair extensions, they encourage a trade shame to lose your head!

Read Me At World's End
across the Channel to start. Then Asia, Australia, across Europe, Africa, America ... I wanted a world tour? I have it, it happens. And paid. And cultivated. I work in London to prepare for the tour of a contemporary dance show - we fly away in September.
Not only is it very very nice, but it's also an opportunity for me to endorse my desire to write. After three years on these sweet pages (and you and I will refrain from commenting on the passage of time, soon) I want to offer this new experience lies open before me, a setting somewhat more formal more professional. A fourth blog perfectly. Columnist, the world's end and the end of myself.

Maghreb widespread in northern Europe, nettle is without doubt one of the most useful plants, and easy to integrate in everyday life, as "simple" (the name by which it has long been designated plants), such as food because it is a veritable treasure of nature in nutrition ...
Its Latin name, Urtica Rens, reminds us that it is recognizable to small vesicles that it shows very irritating on contact with its leaves. However, if we faint of protecting themselves from its clutches today, know that our ancestors did not hesitate to flog in the lower component, each spring, a beautiful bouquet of nettle, to treat circulatory problems, rheumatism, and asthenia. For sure, "the urtication" (for so they called this process), it will whip the blood, and awakens the energy!
It is rich in chlorophyll , organic acids, potassium nitrate and sodium, trace elements, many of which iron and sulfur, magnesium, silicon, as well as vitamins A, C and E. Its leaves are
diuretics and promote regulation of acidity in the body because they drain the urea and uric acid, thus relieving many inflammatory disorders. However, unlike other diuretic herbs, she makes an outstanding contribution to the remineralization, particularly in cases of iron deficiency.
Its most common uses involve skin and hair : it uses internally, or applied externally: in cases of acne, or eczema. It also gives good results in chronic skin diseases, as some psoriasis. It is known to treat cosmetic problems of greasy hair, and falls, especially when they are linked to blood disorders, as in cases of anemia. Nettle has a purifying action and support on these two tissues, plasma and blood, linked to the balance of the skin. It is useful in case of small hemorrhages, or bleeding gums. It was long used to combat gout, and all disorders related to water metabolism.
A food and drink: Uses
Nettle is used as well as infusion, decoction, maceration, poultice, following the system or specific tissue to be treated. The fresh nettle remains the source most interesting because it can combine with food or substitute other foods for a mono-diet for a few days (because unlike many substances or foods, it provides for the the essential needs of the body and make you a nice energy and a flawless skin).
For those who live in town, there are two interesting shapes you can to dispose of its virtues: the dried leaf (herbalist) or the juice e (now proposed by the store brand Salus bio).
Nettles, the detox in style
For a small cure "Detox" springtime, nettle is probably the most interesting purifying plants, especially for those who suffer from chronic fatigue because it drains without draining your energy, quite the contrary. It promotes elimination, is very useful for people in the spring of disposal problems related to digestion (gazs, transit, red) as the circulatory system.
It will be very useful for people suffering from chronic skin problems and has, moreover, a balancing action for oily skin, as on the scalp fat.
Its action on hair growth, or preventing their fall is fairly well known. In short, who wants a makeover, and health, should sincerely consider a collection of nettles.
Last but not neglect, nettle is a "vegetable" delicious green, including the various components present in the leaves give flavor to your plate "meat" (!)... In these times of crisis, let us take advantage of what we produce good slopes and ditches! Little trick to avoid being bitten: pluck them while holding your breath ...

Unless the seed dies

If the seed dies when it falls to the ground, it remains alone . This beautiful phrase of the Gospel according to Saint John gives us the secret of living things. And that is alive, more alive than the seed is the treasure of life it contains, that will hatch in a few days the joint contribution Water and light: the germ .
With the arrival of spring, hatching of the first buds, and all the potential of life that has cracked the earth, our food needs after this pulse. We want to green, we want freshness, lightness, and we have no appetite for that which is bursting with life . The sprouts obtained by germination of various categories of seeds (sprouts, legumes, cereals), offer us far beyond our nutritional needs as they optimize and multiplies the virtues of seed strains.
Sprouts belong in nutrition, the category known as "super foods " or more simply, a class of food properties and many virtues, both regenerating and detoxifying , combined with potential digestibility and assimilation largest . They are more concentrated in nutrients than other foods, as well as seeds from which they arise: in reality, they multiply the properties and virtues. They are particularly recommended to supplement our deficiencies minerals, vitamins, trace elements, as well as chlorophyll given their photosynthesis process during germination, especially when they equip small green leaves ( sunflower seeds) or dark green ( fenugreek). In fact, germination is pre processing of the food, or a "pre-digestion": starches are converted into assimilable sugars, proteins into amino acids, fats into fatty acids, minerals more easily assimilated into molecules.
Different seeds germinated
1. Cereals: Wheat, Spelt, einkorn, buckwheat, barley, oats, millet (dipping 12 to 15 hours)
2. Legumes: mungbeans or green soybeans, Azuchi, chickpeas, lentils (12 to 24)
3. The oléagnieux: sunflower, pumpkin seeds, flax, sesame (4 to 6 hours)
4. Plants or shoots: watercress, fenugreek, amaranth, quinoa, mustard, radishes, alfalfa or alfalfa for the most common (almost as much as plants!)
germination time variable
Germination instructions
If you do not have: you can soak your seeds in water for several hours, then drain in a colander that you put in a bright place, and that you water every two hours.
The more practical to have a hotbed multistage , medium or large format, which provides with its interstices, spaces for plant growth. The smartest
pressed for the move, the travelers: the propagator jar keep you wherever you go, your diet "vital"
Once germinated, o, n performs a delicate rinse, then the can be consumed, if the germs are short, these with the seed. If they are long (3 to 5 cm), preferably separated from the seed.
Sprouts can be eaten at every meal, even breakfast, especially sunflower seeds (good for promoting the functioning of the gallbladder) or Fenugreek (extremely rich in minerals). They combine especially well with vegetables, salads, but also cooked vegetables, fruit, as some animal protein, especially fish. It can be used as is, or passed over lightly steamed.
seed idea
For spring, use the highest seed sprouts linked to the season as the watercress, radish, fenugreek, alfalfa. For cereals, promote the shoots barley cereal slight, very rich in mucilage (which you can complete by the use of green barley juice, drink as detoxifying and restorative).
Finally, the arrival on the shelves of a range of breads " Essene" is to say made in the tradition of people Essene, whose method is to use sprouted grains to make breads that are not baked, but the sun in order to preserve the vitality. For those who have not yet discovered, they will be surprised by the exquisite flavor of these breads that combine some grain, fruits, legumes and even to offer a "food-meal" as delicious as energy, digestible and healthy.

Doujinshi Dragon Ball Read Online
fasting, a healthy practice?
As we enter the period before the spring equinox-period of intense renewal! - And, traditionally, in what the called "Lent" the time seems chosen to address a practice that exists in all civilizations, which is recommended in preference to inter-season, and which may be where many sovereign remedies fail ...
What is fasting?
It's just short of deprivation, or prolonged food. Know this, we fast every day, between meals, particularly at night. That's why, in the morning, we are fasting, and that we "de-breakfast fasting" (in English, breakfast literally means' breaking the fast "), that is to say that we break starvation in giving the body a quantity (moderate) of food. Thus, the act of fasting is often synonymous to the body at rest. This happens when we are sick, where in some cases, including indigestion, or febrile illness, we feel the need unusual "do not eat." However, this reflex occurs in some organic diseases makes us think about the virtues of fasting in restoring our balance ...
Asceticism and Renewal
The Eastern philosophies preach the regular use of fasting, considered a major way to achieve mental clarity. Many of us wonder, because we are constantly obsessed with food, and even more by the idea of running out. However, c 'is the lack of opportunity here that creates a fullness : for lack recreates a space, which the mind needs to find his balance and grow.
In India, more than elsewhere, or absorbing the loss of a certain category of food (meat, for example), is a function of religious customs. It exists in the Hindu calendar so many days of fasting, which on Thursday each week: most are linked to religious holidays. It consists either in a total deprivation of food or in a proprietary absorption of certain foods (fruits, for example), or other restriction.
Fasting in this case often a function of purification and protection from the adversities of life, as the disease. Is it simply a matter of belief?
Our Judeo-Christian tradition provides us with a few lights. In Judaism, most days of fasting are associated with mourning, and therefore to the idea of being stripped of what is "old". In Christianity it is associated with the period of forty days that Jesus remained in the desert, which coincided with the beginning of his life "public". Is a time of preparation , of acquisition of forces necessary to move towards maturity , and a resilience face "temptations". We then look
an essential aspect of fasting: the subtle balance between body and mind. Namely, our physical strength does not rest solely on external inputs ... But then, how fast does it contribute to our health?
Fasting Question
1. How fast can it contribute to our balance?
take a specific example: when we have a high fever, very often, we lose appetite, and we fast, partially or totally, for 24 to 48. Or food, for calories, such as digestion, by its action on the circulation, increases body heat. By not eating, or food very light and diuretics, the fever itself sometimes ... It is the same for many conditions of excess body.
2. Fasting is right for everyone?
No. Deprive a baby food for more one day, and he finds himself in great danger of succumbing. Similarly, under certain conditions such as diabetes, debilitating diseases (where the body is very weak) and chronic. Moreover, fasting mobilizing our reservations, individuals complexing thin tissue or with disabilities, may feel much more impaired than healthy people, and especially see their immunity to fall, increasing their nervousness, and certain hormonal functions or endocrine affected. Finally, fasting has a significant impact on heart rate.
3. What about the development of cures fast?
past few years, we are witnessing the development of cures for fasts organized group of persons conditions, age, and various backgrounds. A note of common sense: we are each unique, and unlike what is common, there is no standard diet. Our age, morphology, the fact that we are male or female, our physical activity, intellectual climate in which we live are all factors that affect our relationship with food. There is not, therefore, no standard fast, but surely a more attentive to our needs, as inputs, as in the restriction.
An alternative: mono-diet diet and
Apart from religious motivations, or even political ("hunger strike"), who wants to improve their health, regain a healthy mind in a healthy body, as said a famous humanist, must keep in proper measure everything. Thus, moderation, or "abstinence" is often preferable to deprivation.
In India, the days of fasting are actually quite often the days of mono-diet, where people eat only fruit. On this issue, Gandhi wrote about his own practice of fasting whole chapters, and allows us, through this contemporary example, understand the benefits, as the pitfalls.
If we are ever so slightly to listen to our bodies, we realize that our appetites, or our desire to use a particular type of food varies depending on the time of day or year. This is especially true in the transition seasons are fall and more this spring. The period of Lent in our calendars, we indicate the moment when we must cease to accumulate reserves to fight the cold, and begin to change our eating habits to change as much as we can what is "heavy " "Fat" in "light" and "dry".
A partial restriction of certain foods may be beneficial, especially if we feel a spontaneous urge. We then speak of "diet" rather than fasting. Which is an alternative adaptable to each according to his condition, and its specific needs. Because we are not equal before our ability to restrict our diet, or deprive us: for some of us, it can be dangerous or cause permanent damage. In general, one major concern relates to balance the acid-base balance: the liberation of acidity (Associated with hydrochloric acid or bile, which fills the gallbladder between meals, and is related to the sensation of hunger) in all cases being harmful to the balance of body functions, such as that of tissue .
Anyway, and whatever our personal disposition with the arrival of spring, let us simply to feel intuitively what is the best way for us to prepare for the rebirth of nature. And change our habits a little bit, it is also "fast"!
